We use this diagram to help our clients understand the customer awareness journey (or inbound marketing journey).  

Often, most of us begin with a social media account but we are not aware of the customer’s larger journey. Therefore, it’s easy for us to miss some of the low hanging fruit.

By using the tools in each step of the inbound marketing journey, we can lead more strangers down the path towards becoming engaged leads who are more likely to buy.
